30-day returns

You can return most CROSSIAN items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Condition of returned items

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. Footwear must come back in its original CROSSIAN shoe box and should be tried on only on clean, indoor surfaces.

Intimates, undergarments and hosiery

For hygiene reasons, bras, lingerie, undergarments, socks and hosiery can be returned only if they are unworn, with any hygiene liner in place and multi-packs unopened.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you want to return. We reply within 24 hours with return instructions for U.S. addresses.

Refunds

We inspect returns within 3 business days of receiving them. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (PayPal or card) and usually appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Start a return and tell us which item you want instead. We ship exchanges free by Standard shipping once the original item is on its way back to us.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.
