Shipping Policy

Where we ship

CROSSIAN ships to street addresses in all 50 states of the United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Processing time

Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. ET on a business day are usually processed the same day. Orders placed later, or on weekends and U.S. federal holidays, are processed the next business day.

Shipping methods and rates

Standard shipping: 5-8 business days after processing. Free on orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50.00 or more, and $5.99 on orders under $50.00.

Express shipping: 2-3 business days after processing, for a flat $14.99 on any order.

The free shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal before estimated tax.

Order status

Want to know where your order is? Email us with your order number and our support team will reply within 24 hours.

Delays

Weather, peak seasons and other events outside our control can add time to carrier delivery estimates. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact us and we will help.

Lost or damaged packages

If a package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your building's mailroom, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. If items arrive damaged, email photos within 7 days and we will send a replacement or a refund.
