Agreement
By using the CROSSIAN online store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Shipping, Return & Refund and Privacy policies.

Products and pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We work to show colors, sizes and descriptions accurately, but screens vary. We may correct pricing or description errors, and if an error affects your order we will contact you before it ships.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may cancel or limit an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a payment cannot be verified, and we refund any amount charged.
Shipping and risk of loss
We ship to addresses in the United States as described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers your order.
Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
CROSSIAN, the CROSSIAN logo and all content on this site belong to Crossian LLC and may not be used without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or access it by automated means without our permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, CROSSIAN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
